Responsibilities As an Agricultural Equipment Sales Representative with WCTractor, you will generate new leads and grow our current customer base. Ideal candidates will be motivated, self-directed individuals. This is a commission-based position. In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the sales process and dynamics, as well as superb interpersonal skills. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Generate leads Develop and maintain client relationships Meet or exceed sales goals Negotiate contracts with prospective clients Coordinate sales efforts with marketing programs Prepare paperwork Maintain client records Maintain knowledge of current and new inventory Agricultural Equipment Salesperson QualificationsQualifications Minimum requirements include: Associates degree Hay equipment knowledge/sales experience a plus Prior sales experience preferred Excellent communication and customer service skills Time management and organizational skills Competency in Microsoft and Google applications Commitment to excellent customer service Closing WCTractor's mission is to be the best in the eyes of our customers, employees, community, and industry, and to reflect honesty, integrity and Christian standards and values in all we do.
