Level I


  • Meeting DQ turnaround times for batches and update items, new hire reports and project items.

  • Process Driver Qualification documents accurately and in a timely manner into LTS proprietary systems.

  • Processing background investigation reports; includes generating, sending to client, grading based on client parameters and uploading into the system.

  • Work closely with DQ Specialist, DQ Supervisor, and CSRs to ensure processes for clients are understood and carried out to completion.

  • Being back up for assigned “buddy” when they are out.

  • Perform routine office duties as directed (i.e. photocopying, faxing and compiling data).

  • Work closely with DQ Specialist to ensure maximum quality of the data you process.

  • Provide information on reports for which we should not invoice our clients to DQ Supervisor for handling.

  • Work on special projects as required.

  • Notify Supervisor if you will be unable to meet deadlines for any assigned clients in a timely manner so assistance can be found and commitments met.

  • Maintains a secure environment by ensuring that all Physical Security policies are observed for their workspace.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Level II


Ability to perform all duties above including;


  • Provide steady feedback to specialists regarding proactive ways to increase driver and company compliance to reduce their risk in the event of an audit.

  • Send out confirmation for both updates and new hire reports on a timely basis.

  • Assist in transitioning new clients and working report rejects as needed.

  • Assist Client Services in completing Compliance Analysis Reports for their clients.

  • A full understanding of DQ systems and Microsoft Office.

  • Communicate with other technicians to ensure all client turnaround times are met and redistribute work accordingly.

Level III

    Ability to perform all duties above including;


  • Update and maintain Processing Notes relating to each assigned client.

  • Must be comfortable in having client contact via phone and email.

  • A working knowledge of federal regulations regarding Driver Qualification files.

  • Assist with training of new technicians on the Driver Qualification Systems, internal processes, and federal regulations.


Requirements


  • High School Diploma or GED.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high stress, deadline-oriented environment

  • High energy, approachable disposition, team oriented, flexible and efficient

  • 1-3 years general office experience

  • 2+ years customer service experience preferred

  • Proficient in MS Office Products (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook)

  • Must have excellent memory, be able to problem-solve, trouble shoot, and think outside the box

  • Must be able to self-prioritize, organize, multi-task and pay particularly close attention to details

  • Ability to work in an environment that does not revolve around a daily structured routine

  • Strong written/verbal communication skills, including tact and grammar

  • High level of confidentiality required.

  • Knowledge of transportation industry and State/Federal regulations a plus
