Premier Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing team serving Lufkin and surrounding areas. We provide in-home pediatric therapy services designed to help children strengthen their communication skills, build confidence, and succeed in their daily environments.

Weekly average visit requirements must be met to qualify for certain incentives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based speech-language therapy services in the home setting

  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting speech, language, articulation, and communication development

  • Provide feeding and swallowing therapy when applicable

  • Educate and collaborate with families to support carryover of therapy strategies at home

  • Maintain accurate documentation and monitor patient progress toward therapy goals

  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members as needed

Qualifications

  • Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) in the state of Texas

  • Pediatric experience preferred but not required.

  • Feeding and swallowing experience is a plus

  • Clinical Fellowship candidates are welcome to apply

  • Ability to work independently in a home health setting
