Baker

Job Overview: We’re looking for a motivated and customer-focused Baker to join our team. In this role, you’ll prepare and serve fresh, high-quality baked goods while ensuring exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities:

• Safely prepare, bake, and package products following company guidelines (Cinnabon and Auntie Anne’s).
• Greet customers with a smile and provide friendly, prompt service.
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace and follow all food safety, handling, and sanitation standards.
• Monitor product freshness and rotate stock using FIFO (First In, First Out) practices.
• Upsell and suggest additional items to customers to increase sales.
• Record food and refrigeration temperatures twice daily.
• Assist in managing inventory and stocking supplies to meet daily demand.
• Operate the cash register, handle transactions, and balance cash at the end of the shift.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to follow instructions, maintain attention to detail, and work independently.
• Food safety and handling knowledge is a plus.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to stand, walk, and move continuously for up to 8 hours.
• Ability to bend, twist, and occasionally climb ladders.
• Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Exposure to varying temperatures (hot ovens, refrigerated areas) and noise levels.
