Join us to contribute to our HVAC solutions and warehouse excellence.    Primary Duties and Responsibilities   Loading, unloading, sorting, and staging inventory in the warehouse  Warehouse up-keep: ensuring organization and warehouse appearance  Safe operation of forklift and other material handling equipment  Scanning and recording of customer orders and inventory  Must participate in regular inventory counts  Other warehouse associated duties as assigned by management  QualificationsRequired Education: - High school diploma or equivalent Required Experience: - Previous experience in a warehouse setting is a plus - Familiarity with inventory management systems is beneficial Required Skills and Abilities: - Ability to lift and move heavy items safely - Basic math skills for counting and measuring - Good communication skills for working with team members - Attention to detail to ensure accurate order fulfillment - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes - Basic computer skills for data entry and inventory tracking
