NIGHT AUDITOR

The Ramada Luling, located at 13889 River RD, is now hiring for a PT Night Auditor. 

About the Role:

We are seeking a Night Auditor to join our team in the Hospitality Industry.  As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our financial records during the overnight shift. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently will be crucial in this role. You will be expected to provide exceptional customer service to guests who may require assistance during the night.

Minimum Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ years of experience in accounting or a related field
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks

Preferred Qualifications:

• Hotel Experience
• Experience with hotel property management systems

Responsibilities:

• Verify and balance daily financial transactions
• Prepare and distribute daily reports
• Assist guests with inquiries and requests during the night
• Ensure the safety and security of the property and guests
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Skills:

In this role, you will utilize your accounting and customer service skills on a daily basis. You will need to be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and have experience with financial transactions. Additionally, you will need to have excellent communication skills to assist guests with their inquiries and requests during the night. Your ability to work independently and prioritize tasks will be essential in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of our financial records.
