Miller Ford Lincoln Subaru is a family-owned and operated business tending to the automotive needs of our friends and neighbors since 1912. We are currently recruiting for a BDC Representative for our growing Internet Sales and Marketing Department in Lumberton, NJ. Ideal candidates will have a passion for customer service and be self-motivated.
You Will:
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls.
- Provide a first point of contact to all incoming sales leads.
- Market to prospective and previous customers via e-mail text and phone.
- Prepare for and schedule sales appointments.
- Build and maintain client relationships though our CRM system.
You Have:
- Ability to Work:
- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, 9:00 AM until 5:00 PM / Friday from 11:00 AM until 7:00 PM; 1 Saturday Per Month required (rotates)
- High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education.
- Strong social skills with customer service experience.
- Previous phone sales or CRM experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong verbal and written skills.
- Proficient computer skills with ability to learn new systems quickly.
- Team-oriented with a career mindset.
