Job DetailsJob Location: TFC South - Essex - Essex County, NJ 07102Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: Graduate DegreeSalary Range: $57,000.00 - $65,000.00 SalaryThe Clinical Team Leader will provide individual, group, and family therapy to youth in a treatment program within Essex County and the surround areas. Maintain a positive, strength-based, developmentally appropriate multidisciplinary therapeutic team that is in keeping with the values and clinical treatment philosophy of Legacy Treatment Services. Responsibility for meeting all administrative, legal, and program specific requirements as mandated by all operating contracts including but not limited to OOL, DCP&P, and COA. The Clinical Team Leader I will oversee and coordinate all aspects of a youth’s clinical treatment program along with other individual, family, and group therapy in accordance with the treatment plan in concert with other treatment team members. Plans, organizes, and implements clinical social work/counseling services including psychotherapy to Consumers and families under the clinical supervision of a qualified Supervisor. This position offers a hybrid work schedule, combining remote work with required in-community responsibilities.  Hours: Full Time, flexible This is a 40 Hour Full Time Benefitted position which includes: Hybrid work schedule combining remote work with required in-community responsibilities Annual Retention Bonus 3.2 weeks of Paid Time Off during the first year Medical, vision, dental and life insurance 403(b) employee participation and employer match 9 Agency-paid holidays Education/Experience: Master’s degree in social work or counseling.  License or clinical license eligible required, LSW/LAC or LCSW/LPC.
