Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) with Assisted Living (AL)
Trinity Rehab is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our team in Lumberton, NC. This position provides the opportunity to work in a supportive, patient-centered environment focused on both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care.
Our facility is a beautiful 72-bed community, featuring:
- 52 Skilled Nursing beds
- 20 Assisted Living beds
- 10 private short-term rehab rooms with en-suite bathrooms
Therapists enjoy working in our state-of-the-art rehab gym, designed to support comprehensive care and exceptional outcomes. The gym includes:
- Spacious treatment areas
- Two treatment mat tables
- Parallel bars
- Nautilus equipment
- NuStep machine
- Fully equipped ADL kitchen
- Full bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower
Location Highlights:
Nestled near a quiet residential area, our facility offers a peaceful setting while still providing convenient access to regional destinations:
- Approximately 1.5 hours to the beaches of North and South Carolina
- 3 hours to Charlotte
- 4 hours to the Appalachian Mountains
