IMMEDIATE FULL-TIME OPENINGS ON NIGHT SHIFT

We are looking for experienced Press Operators for Night Shift Work hours are Sunday to Thursday 11pm to 7am. 

 

Hourly rate is from $22.00 TO $28.00 and negotiable depending on experience.

 

A 15% shift differential will be paid in addition to the hourly rate.

 

Pre-employment background and drug testing required.

Qualifications

Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Sets up and operates press to print pressure sensitive labels.
  • Read and interprets work order and job specifications.
  • Verifies proper material, ink, tooling, plates and press settings and ensures compliance to color standards prior to production.  
  • Minimizes downtime and reduces waste through proper set up and operation of press. 
  • Maintains good housekeeping, follows GMPs and follows safe operating procedures. 
  • Troubleshoots and corrects production problems.
  • Coordinates press changeovers and may assist in training as needed.

Requirements:

  • Good mechanical skills and mathematical aptitude.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical data.
  • Basic experience with hand tools.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and be able to bend, reach, climb, push, pull and stand for long periods.
  • Must be punctual, self-motivated and able to work independently. 
  • Must be open to work overtime as needed. 

Education and/or Experience:

  • High School Diploma preferred
  • Recent work experience as a Press Operator (Required)
