We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA) to provide high-quality therapy services within Lumberton schools, while also providing services in our outpatient clinic.

REQUIRED to be CERTIFIED by the State of N. CAROLINA as a SPEECH LANGUAGE PATHOLOGY ASSISTANT

As part of our school-based therapy team, you will collaborate with educators, families, and school staff to support students in developing the skills needed to participate, learn, and thrive in the classroom and beyond.

Compensation/Pay-Per-Visit/W2:

  • SLPA: $30–$36/hour
    (Based on experience and bilingual status)

Schedule Designed for Balance

  • Preferred schedule: Monday-Friday therapy visits in Lumberton schools during school hours &
  • Clinic therapy visits a few evenings until 6pm (Clinic hours not required)
