We’re looking for a Customer Service Team Member to join our busy furniture retail store!
️ WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Help customers with questions and provide excellent service
- Assist with orders, paperwork, scheduling, and customer follow-up
- Use computer systems to enter and retrieve customer information
- Work with our sales and office teams to keep things running smoothly
- Help create a positive experience from purchase through delivery
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- Customer service experience
- Good computer skills
- Friendly, professional personality
- Dependable and organized
- Able to communicate well with customers and coworkers
- Comfortable working in a retail environment
- Must be available to work some weekends
- Furniture or retail experience is a plus!
