Job Description:

This position contributes to operations strategies and initiatives through design, build, delivery and ownership of the training system that keeps pace with the dynamic environment, processes and equipment. Facilitates development programs, influences adoption of change, and completes coaching that drives retention, supports the employee life cycle, and a continuous improvement culture.

Responsibility:
Initiate cross-functional collaborative work to design, develop and sustain training initiatives and programs that drive retention, employee engagement and business performance. Use a variety of mediums: hands on training, classroom, on the job, e-learning, virtual. Explore, leverage, and scale the next generation technology to improve learning retention.  Includes development of documentation and materials to support learning, as well as coaching others.
Support and facilitate talent pipeline, development programs, and opportunities with a commitment to inclusion.
Develop and facilitate (where appropriate) training plans to include skill building, as well as large scale strategic training efforts.
Train, coach, and develop others across operations and end-to-end supply chain who perform the training of others.
Provide onboarding plan and support within the business.
Develop and report on metrics related to employee experience.
Partner with leaders and support functions to design and deliver solutions for business problems and strategic impacts.
Coach and train others across the operation that are involved in hands-on training, orientation and onboarding.

Minimum Qualification, Skill and/or Competency Requirements:
Deep knowledge and ability to train others in lean manufacturing concepts, familiarity with manufacturing environment, processes and workforce training methods.
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent education and/or experience) in manufacturing, training, lean, continuous improvement, human resources, education, learning and performance or instructional design.
Minimum 3 years of business, preferably manufacturing or industrial experience, including 2 with training or coaching responsibilities.
Understanding of adult learning, on the job and classroom training, and instructional design techniques.
Strong interpersonal communication abilities, communicating proactively and effectively across functions. Engage stakeholders with confidence, influence decisions, provide coaching and guidance.
Strong project management capabilities, coordinating projects/initiatives, organizing timelines and resources, and anticipating needs. Manage multiple priorities effectively, adjust plans as needed.

Pay Range:

$68,480.00 - $102,720.00

**PROFIT SHARING: In 2025 Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $3,500 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate Profit Sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
