Responsibilities
To provide administrative support to the Admissions and Social Work departments at Stella Maris, Inc.
-Greets families either in-person or via phone and directs them to the appropriate person/department within Stella Maris.
-Provides administrative support to admissions and social work, e.g., preparing reports, answering phones, copying, filing, faxing, ordering supplies, uploading documents, conducting audits, maintaining equipment, etc.
-Assists admissions with follow up calls to applicants for long-term care and conducts community tours as needed.
-Assists with admissions paperwork for corporate compliance and creates social work files.
-Sends monthly Care Plan notice and invitation to designated long term care and McNally Rehabilitation Center families in a timely manner.
-Completes admissions and social work payroll bi-weekly
Requirements
• High School Diploma
• Minimum of 2 years office experience
