Essential functions

  • Prospect and qualify new sales leads
  • Track all sales activity in the company CRM and keep current by updating account information regularly
  • Develop strong, ongoing relationships with prospects and current customers
  • Resolves customer complaints by investigating problems and developing solutions
  • Meet and / or exceed sales quotas
  • Local representation at industry association and client events

Requirements

  Education and Experience levels preferred:

  • 1+ year of experience in Outside Sales, Business Development, or Account Management.
  • Industry experience in Construction - working with General Contractors
  • Experience working with developers
  • Flooring Experience preferred
  • Must have reliable transportation, strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Have & maintain a valid Driver’s License & Auto Insurance
  • Technologically proficient, including e-mail, tablets, smartphones, applications, etc.
  • Highly motivated, focused and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, listening, communication, and negotiating skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
