About the Role:Â
Stodola Brothers Inc is looking for a talented and driven Front End & E-commerce Manager to join their team in Luxemburg, WI! In this role, you'll lead both the in-store front end experience and online sales operations, playing a key part in shaping how customers interact with the brand across every channel.Â

Responsibilities:Â
- Oversee and manage all front end operations, including checkout, customer service, and technology troubleshooting
- Develop, maintain, and optimize the company's e-commerce platform to drive online sales growth
- Monitor website performance, product listings, and digital merchandising strategies
- Lead, train, and schedule front end staff to ensure exceptional customer experiences
- Coordinate with purchasing and inventory teams to keep online and in-store product data accurate
- Manage online order fulfillment processes, returns, and customer communications
- Serve as contact person to coordinate in-store maintenance & repair projects with contractors
Requirements:
Â
- Previous experience in retail management
- Proficiency with PC technology with a strong understanding of troubleshooting, independent learning, and an adaptable mindset
- Proven leadership and team management skills in a retail or customer-facing environment
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset
