This position is responsible for managing patient cases, ensuring clear communication between patients and providers, coordinating individualized care plans, and guiding patients throughout their treatment journey. Additionally, this role assists in and performs rehabilitation therapies, therapeutic exercises, diagnostic imaging support, and clinical procedures under provider direction while monitoring patient progress and outcomes.  Key Responsibilities Case Management Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned patients throughout their care plan.  Conduct patient intake, gather health history, and review treatment goals.  Educate patients on treatment plans, financial policies, and care expectations.  Track patient compliance and progress; follow up on missed or discontinued care as needed.  Assist with insurance verification, pre-authorizations, and required documentation.  Maintain accurate, timely patient records in compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies.   Rehabilitation Technician & Clinical Support Duties Guide patients through prescribed therapeutic exercises, stretches, and rehabilitation modalities under chiropractor or provider direction.  Set up, operate, and assist with rehabilitation and therapy equipment, including but not limited to:  Spinal Decompression  Shockwave Therapy  Traction and therapeutic exercise equipment  Monitor patient performance during therapy sessions, ensuring proper form, safety, and tolerance.  Document therapy sessions, patient response, and progress in the medical record.  Assist providers during treatment sessions and clinical procedures as directed.   Diagnostic Imaging Support Take and provide quality X-rays in accordance with provider guidelines, clinic protocols, and applicable regulations.  Ensure proper patient positioning, safety measures, and image quality.  Maintain imaging equipment and adhere to radiation safety standards and documentation requirements.   Team & Administrative Support Collaborate with chiropractors, providers, front desk staff, and clinical team members to ensure seamless patient care and office flow.  Assist with patient education, orientations, workshops, and wellness programs.  Support clinic operations by assisting with scheduling, patient check-ins, and basic administrative tasks as needed.  Maintain cleanliness, organization, and infection-control standards in treatment and therapy areas.  Perform other duties as assigned to support clinic operations and patient care.    QualificationsQualifications High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in a healthcare-related field preferred).  Prior experience in a chiropractic, physical therapy, or rehabilitation setting preferred.  Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-centered mindset.  Ability to multitask, remain organized, and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.  Basic knowledge of anatomy, kinesiology, or exercise science preferred.  CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).   Physical Requirements Ability to stand, walk, and move for extended periods.  Capability to safely assist patients with therapeutic exercises and treatments.  Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.   Schedule & Compensation Full-time or Part-time, based on clinic needs.  Compensation based on experience and qualifications.
