Position Overview

The Beverage Specialist (Master Beverage Crafter) is a certified crew member who specializes in the preparation of McDonald’s beverages according to company standards. This role focuses on delivering high-quality drinks with accuracy, speed, and attention to presentation while maintaining a clean, organized, and efficient beverage station.

In addition to beverage responsibilities, Beverage Specialists are fully trained Crew Members and are expected to support all areas of the restaurant as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve beverages accurately and efficiently, following all company standards
• Maintain a clean, stocked, and organized beverage station
• Deliver friendly, fast, and accurate service to every guest
• Connect with customers to ensure a positive and memorable experience
• Assist guests with ordering their favorite McDonald’s meals
• Prepare McDonald’s World Famous Food
• Work collaboratively with Crew Members and Managers to meet daily goals
• Keep the restaurant clean, safe, and looking phenomenal
• Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and operational procedures
• Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, and punctuality
• Receive cross-training in other areas of the restaurant, including the kitchen, to support overall store needs
