The Manager of Revenue Cycle is responsible for reviewing patterns in denials, call volume, billing errors, payers, and/or internal inefficiencies to improve Centra’s net revenue and overall financial stability. The Manager of Revenue Cycle communicates issues, policy changes, process changes, and staffing challenge to help reduce or eliminate declines and/or issues with Net Revenue collection for Centra.

Responsibilities
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyzes data for patterns.
Develops proposals for long and short-term goals, objectives, and strategies for prevention of net revenue decline and management.
Prepare reports and analysis as needed by leadership on performance.
Assists with onboarding, hiring, and training.
Ensures team’s compliance with productivity and issue resolution.
Facilitates and leads virtual and in-person team meetings to review goals and key performance indicators.
Manages staff performance by providing regular feedback, performance reviews, and one-on-one meetings as needed.
Distribution of encounters and work assignments in applicable applications.
Assists in the planning and structuring of the department workflow for improvement of net revenue increase.
Other Functions:
Maintains timekeeping responsibilities for assigned staff.
Participates in Leadership Development Activities
Performs special projects as needed and assigned.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
This role supervises a team of 35 (estimated)
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Minimum three (3) years in Team Lead or supervisory experience in corporate or healthcare setting
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a Healthcare setting
- Associate or bachelor’s Degree
- Certified Professional Coder
Travel Required
Travel is estimated as 10% of the time.
Salary Range: $70,182 - $112,292
