Provides medical nutrition therapy using evidence-based practice to optimize patient care. Provides consultation to the healthcare team to ensure efficient and effective nutrition care to patients. Monitors and evaluates patient care and nutrition outcomes on an ongoing basis. Educates patients, healthcare members, dietetic interns, and members of the community. Participates in ongoing process improvement activities with the Nutrition Services Department. Maintains customer service, patient-centered approach at all times when fulfilling job duties. Meets the qualifications to provide care to patients in the assigned clinical areas.
This full-time position includes a $10,000.00 Recruitment Bonus paid out in the following installments:
$5,000.00 after the completion of the 90-day orientation period
$2,500.00 at 6 months of employment
$2,500.00 at 1 year of employment
