Position SummaryÂ
The Drive-Through Donations Intake Associate plays a vital role in supporting our mission by welcoming donors, receiving donated goods, and ensuring donations are handled with care and respect. This position serves in a fast-paced, outdoor, drive-through environment and requires a servant-hearted attitude, strong work ethic, and commitment to safety and teamwork.Â
Key ResponsibilitiesÂ
- Greet and assist donors warmly, expressing appreciation for their generosityÂ
- Provide a positive, respectful donor experience that reflects the organization’s faith-based valuesÂ
- Receive and unload donations efficiently to maintain steady traffic flowÂ
- Sort and evaluate donated items according to resale, recycling, and ministry guidelinesÂ
- Communicate donation guidelines clearly and graciouslyÂ
- Maintain a clean, orderly, and safe donations intake areaÂ
- Practice proper lifting techniques and follow all safety proceduresÂ
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily intake needs
- Represent the organization’s mission, values, and Christian hospitality alwaysÂ
QualificationsÂ
- Committed Christian who is committed to Christian Education in general, and LCS in particular.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferredÂ
- Ability to lift and move items up to 50 pounds with or without reasonable accommodationÂ
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditionsÂ
- Dependable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environmentÂ
- Respect for and alignment with the mission and values of a faith-based organizationÂ

Work Environment & ScheduleÂ
- Outdoor drive-through donations areaÂ
- Physically active role requiring standing, walking, bending, and liftingÂ
- Schedule: Tuesday – Friday 11:00am – 5:00pm and Saturday 10:00am – 5:00pm
