Winning Wheels is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to support their nursing team, offering a salary that is competitive in the industry.
The position requires a Registered Nurse (RN) license and a minimum of two years of nursing experience.
Candidates should be prepared for an every other week on-call schedule and a flexible work schedule to cover 12-hour shifts.
Responsibilities include daily treatment of resident wounds, infection control, and supporting staff across three wings, along with conducting monthly in-services.
New hires must complete the CDC's free Infection Prevention certification within 30 days, and wound certification is considered a plus.

Winning Wheels has an opening for ADON to support our current nurses and DON.

This salaried position requires:

-every other week on call

-flex schedule preferred to reach and support both of out 12 hours shift

-RN License

Overview of Responsibilities:

-daily treatment and tracking of resident wounds

-infection control/prevention

-assist as a float nurse- lending support to all three wings as needed

-maintain the nursing supply order

-education and hands on monthly in-services for both CNAs and Nurses

-reporting and presenting quality assurance numbers monthly

Hands on floor training will be required to understand our processes, policies, and residents

Must obtain CDC's free Infection Prevention certification within 30 days. Wound Certification a plus!
