- Servicing commercial insurance accounts
- Processing endorsements, certificates of insurance, and policy changes
- Working with clients, carriers, and producers
- Assisting with quotes, applications, and renewals
- Keeping client files accurate and up to date
- Helping clients with questions and problem-solving when needed
What We’re Looking For:
- Prior commercial lines insurance experienceÂ
- Currently have an Illinois property & casualty license
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Good attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and agency systems
- Reliable, professional, and team-oriented
