Job Duties
- Serves as primary point person for IT manager/ Director for associated application teams
- Provides resource allocation/ assignment delegation to analyst staff
- Collaborates with IS&T and operational leadership to drive priorities and escalate/ resolve barriers and issues
- Manages analyst staff (Scheduling, Performance Assessment)
- Partners with other application teams to drive system integration and efficiencies
- Develops / documents procedures for implementing system changes and other tasks
- Serves as a liaison between end users, third parties, and vendors
- Troubleshoots problems and questions from end users
- Analysis of application content and negotiation of any user requested modifications
- Prepares details of specifications as needed
- Interacts with co-workers, visitors, and other staff consistent with the values of Jefferson
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma/GED
- 3 years Direct management experience and
- 5 years Direct Epic build, implementation and support experience in addition to and
- 7 years Progressive experience in Information Services, or a combination of Information Services and direct healthcare
experience. - Large Hospital/IDN Information Technology Experience and/or Healthcare Operations Experience
- Program/Large Project Management
- Implementation/Upgrade Facilitation
- Integrated Systems Architecture Planning, Development and Implementation
- Technical Collaboration (e.g. Interfaces, Hardware and Reporting)
- Team Leadership

Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related Healthcare
- Master’s Degree in Computer Science or related Healthcare
