Per Diem Armed Security Guard

Windwalker Group is actively seeking highly motivated and dynamic individuals with prior armed patrolling experience to join our esteemed team of Armed Security Guards.

Our team is looking for Per Diem Armed Guards who have open weekend availability. We have room to add two to our team.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as a professional leader and primary on-site contact.
• Monitor and identify irregular or unusual conditions that may pose security or safety risks.
• Conduct security patrols of designated areas using a vehicle.
• Respond promptly to emergencies by activating alarms or contacting law enforcement or fire departments, as needed, in the presence of unauthorized individuals or emergency situations.
• Report emergencies early and provide guidance, directions, and assistance to employees, visitors, and guests.
• Issue warnings to individuals violating rules, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying prohibited items.
• Investigate and document accidents, incidents, and suspicious activities, preparing detailed reports.
• Maintain written logs in accordance with post requirements.
• Provide courteous and professional assistance to customers, employees, and visitors at all times.

 REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Active and unrestricted Massachusetts License to Carry (LTC) is a mandatory requirement.
• Valid, unrestricted driver's license.
• Successful completion of a criminal background check and drug screening.
• Flexibility with scheduling is required.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Security, Military, or Law Enforcement is preferred.
