Description

Alchemy in Lynnfield is seeking an experienced, dependable server to join our team. This is a year-round position, not seasonal employment. We are looking for someone who can maintain consistent availability throughout the year.

Responsibilities:

• Provide friendly, attentive service to every guest
• Accurately take and enter food and beverage orders
• Learn the menu and confidently answer guest questions
• Work closely with the kitchen, bar, and service teams
• Maintain clean, organized tables and service areas
• Handle payments accurately and efficiently
• Follow all restaurant safety and service standards

Compensation:

• Tipped hourly rate of $6.75 plus tips ($30 - $40 an hour with tips)

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or hospitality experience preferred
• Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Available to work throughout the school year
• Must be available on Sundays
