Job Summary:
The Customer Service Intern will gain hands-on experience supporting customer administration and sales processes. This role provides exposure to order management, ERP systems, and customer communication while assisting the Customer Service team with day-to-day activities. The internship is designed to help students apply classroom knowledge in a professional setting and develop skills for future careers in business or customer service.
Essential Functions:
- Assist with reviewing and entering customer purchase orders into ERP system
- Support preparation of quotes and order acknowledgments under supervision
- Help maintain accurate customer data and files
- Provide status updates to internal teams and assist with customer inquiries
- Collaborate with team members to learn customer service workflows
- Participate in meetings and training sessions as assigned
Minimum Qualifications:
- Actively pursuing a BA or BS degree in Business, Communications, or related field
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks
- Participate in meetings and training sessions as assigned
- Eligibility Requirement:Â This position may require access to Controlled Data or Information. Where the position requires such access only US Persons will be considered. As a US Department of Defense contractor, we are bound by International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR).
Working Conditions:
- Standard office environment
- Work requires substantial visual concentration on detail
- Working conditions are normal for a manufacturing environment
- Manufacturing operations may require the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to: eye safety glasses, gowning, masks, hearing protectors, heel/wrist straps and any other required PPE
- May be exposed to unusual environmental conditions such as loud noises, cold temperatures, confined spaces, dust or fumes
- Must be flexible to work overtime as needed

Salary Range: $23.00 - $28.00 USD Hourly.
Several factors contribute to actual salary, including experience in a similar role or performing comparable job responsibilities, skills, training, and other qualifications. Some roles may be eligible for participation in performance-based bonus programs.Â
