Position: Assistant Community Association Manager

Department: Community Management Division

Education Requirements: High school diploma or GED.

Position Description: The Assistant Community Association Manager supports the Community Management Team as requested. This support will involve working closely with the Community Association Managers on performing site inspections, assisting with processing violation notices, sending bulk homeowner/resident communications, supporting annual meeting tasks, following up on bid requests, and scheduling and confirming completion of routine maintenance. 

Duties include, but are not limited to:

  • Learn the AppFolio property management system and use it for all communication, including bulk emails/texts to residents, violation notices, and work order follow-up.
  • Learn and use AppFolio for onsite inspections.
  • Uses Microsoft Excel, Outlook, OneNote, and Word proficiently.
  • Use Adobe Acrobat proficiently.
  • Perform site inspections and other assigned duties in a large region.

Other requirements:

  • Self-starter with an ability to learn, ask questions, and manage time well. 
  • Highly organized and able to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Be personable and professional, with strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Must have a valid WA state driver’s license and reliable transportation. 
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.


Compensation: W-2 starting salary of no less than $50,000 a year for the right candidate, in addition to mileage reimbursement, company-paid medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid vacation, and 401K match. 


Location: Office located in Lynnwood, WA. Hybrid role with commute to sites in King and Snohomish Counties.
