Job DetailsJob Location: Lynnwood Baekjeong - Lynnwood, WA 98037Salary Range: $80,000.00 - $80,000.00 Salary/yearJob Category: ManagementJob Purpose: - The Assistant Manager is responsible for the daily operations of the restaurant. They ensure compliance and company standards are maintained, as well as direct staff to ensure that guests have a great dining experience. Key Responsibilities: - Proper operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth and efficient service. - Executing steps of service to provide excellent guest experiences. - Creating and managing staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage. - Maintaining food quality standards to deliver consistent and delicious meals. - Enforcing health and food safety standards and regulations to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff. - Recruiting, hiring, and training new employees to build a strong team. - Monitoring employee performance and providing feedback for improvement. - Coaching and developing team members to enhance their skills and career growth. - Addressing and resolving guest complaints to ensure satisfaction. - Enforcing company policies and procedures to maintain a consistent and compliant work environment. - Handling money accurately and responsibly, including cash management and reconciliation. - Conducting inventory counts, ordering supplies, and reconciling discrepancies to manage resources effectively. - Performing other duties as assigned by the Restaurant Manager or other leadership. QualificationsRequired Education: - High School diploma or GED - Foodservice Management Certification Required Experience: - 2-4 years leadership experience in a fast-paced restaurant environment - Microsoft Office proficiency Preferred Experience: - 2-4 years leadership experience in a full-service restaurant setting - Working knowledge of federal, state, and local labor laws and regulations Required Skills and Abilities: - Ability to lift/move objects up to 40 pounds - Customer Service - Proven problem-solving, organizational and planning skills - Verbal and written communication skills - Teamwork - Multi-tasking - Ability to work varied schedules including nights weekends and holidays
