If you have what it takes and want to be part of our always growing Rosenbauer family, we want to hear from you!  POSITION SUMMARY The Pre-Sales Coordinator will communicate between the customers and the company throughout the production of their fire apparatus. They will produce change orders based off mid-point and final corrections. The Pre-Sales Coordinator will work with employees on the floor to ensure all specs are met and any issues are fixed. Also, they will answer any questions and inquiries produced by customers and dealers.  ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS  All employees are required to support Rosenbauer’s Mission, Vision, and Values. The scope and duties of a given position may change or be temporarily altered based on the business needs of Rosenbauer.  Communicates between the customers and the company throughout the production of their fire apparatus. Answers any questions and inquiries produced by customers and dealers. Produces change orders based off mid-point and final corrections. Works with employees on the floor to ensure all specs are met and any issues are fixed. Meets with customers to assist in the proper creation of the truck. Updates customers with pictures and information regarded their fire apparatus. Troubleshoots trucks and creates solutions for deficiencies found. Performs other duties and responsibilities as required by management to meet the needs of the company. QualificationsQUALIFICATIONS  Required Education: High School Diploma/GED.  Preferred Education: None.  Required Experience: None.  Preferred Experience: Experience with technical knowledge related to fire trucks.  Position Requirements: You recognize the importance and adherence to all safety policies in order to promote a safe working environment, for everyone at the organization. Able to follow verbal & written instructions. Language Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports, correspondence and to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization. Mathematical Skills: Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, and percentages.  Reasoning Ability: Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.  Computer Skills: Ability to perform intermediate PC functions including spreadsheet formulas and functions, queries, tables, merges, and special reports. Will perform some troubleshooting. Intermediate experience required.  Decision Making: Responsibilities are guided by a set of guidelines that provide methods for problem solving. Decisions are made within these guidelines initially, and a supervisor is informed afterwards.
