Job Summary: The Estimating Coordinator is responsible for assisting in project coordination, recording insurance information of responsible parties, and assisting with subcontractor and supplier relations.

Job Responsibilities:

· Securing subcontractor and supplier pricing.

· Prepare and submit estimates with subcontractor and supplier pricing.

· Outreach to insurance companies of responsible parties to obtain insurance information for claim identification.

· Record responsible parties’ insurance information with high accuracy and detail regarding accident recovery projects.

· Assist with project coordination.

· Estimating and generating itemizations for insurers.

· Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

· High school diploma or equivalent.

· Strong organizational and planning skills.

· Previous experience working with insurance companies, subcontractors, and material suppliers.

· Strong verbal and written communication skills.

· Strong record-keeping skills.

· Strong attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:

· Strong adaptability skills.

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
