Job Summary
The Film/Rental & Sales Coordinator is responsible for coordinating and estimating activities related to the film, rental, and sales division, while supporting customer service, scheduling, and operational needs as directed by the Film/Rental/Sales Manager. This position plays a critical role in ensuring projects, rentals, and customer requests are handled efficiently, accurately, and with a high level of communication and service.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule all film, rental, and sales activities, adjusting schedules as needed to meet customer and operational demands.
- Communicate frequently with film clients to ensure specialty requests and project needs are met accurately and on time.
- Prepare TCP plan take-offs and assist with estimating for film, rental, and sales projects.
- Partner closely with operations teams to ensure customer expectations and project requirements are successfully executed.
- Assist with ordering materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to support ongoing projects and rentals.
- Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
- Maintain organized project documentation, schedules, and related records.
- Support additional tasks and operational needs as assigned by the management team.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience in coordination, scheduling, estimating, customer service, or related operational support roles preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with customers, clients, and internal teams.
- Ability to multitask and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively with operations and management teams.
