Responsibilities: Evaluate and assess patient conditions, including vestibular disorders, TMJ, orthopedic and neurological conditions, as well as pelvic floor dysfunction Develop a plan of care individualized to meet patient needs Provide patient education of condition as well as purpose and progressions of physical therapy Implement a comprehensive home exercise program Document patient care history Communicate and Collaborate with referring providers Qualifications: Current PT license  Completion of accredited physical therapy program We are committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
