Position Summary
We’re hiring an experienced Commercial HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain commercial systems.
Ideal candidates:
- Â Work confidently on their ownÂ
- Â Enjoy advanced troubleshootingÂ
- Â Take pride in doing the job rightÂ
Responsibilities
- Â Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systemsÂ
- Â Service boilers, chillers, RTUs, and refrigerationÂ
- Â Perform maintenance and inspectionsÂ
- Â Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issuesÂ
- Â Communicate with customers and teamÂ
- Â Complete accurate service documentationÂ
- Â Mentor junior technicians when neededÂ
Qualifications
- Â 5+ years commercial HVAC experience (senior techs encouraged)
- Â Strong diagnostic abilityÂ
- Â Experience with large commercial systems preferredÂ
- Â EPA Certification (required)Â
-  Valid driver’s licenseÂ
- Â Ability to lift 50+ lbsÂ
Primarily residential experience is not the right fit.
Work Environment
- Â Field-based commercial serviceÂ
- Â Mechanical rooms, rooftops, commercial facilitiesÂ
- Â Physical work: climbing, lifting, kneeling, all weatherÂ
Compensation & Benefits
- $45–$60+ per hour (based on experience)Â
- Â Overtime (1.5Ă—, 2Ă— holidays)Â
