TITAN Greece has an excellent opportunity for a Safety & Operations Coordinator located at RMC Thermi. The position reports to the Regional RMC Manager and supports Ready-Mix Concrete (RMC) operations by ensuring the effective implementation and follow-up of Health & Safety requirements.
The role contributes to strengthening safety performance across RMC operations and acts as a key link between the Health & Safety Department and RMC operational teams, translating safety feedback, audit findings, and guidelines into practical actions applied consistently across plants, fleet, and customer sites.

Responsibilities

Act as the primary interface between the Health & Safety Department and RMC operations, ensuring effective communication and follow-up of safety initiatives
Receive, communicate, and support the implementation of Health & Safety feedback, recommendations, and action plans across RMC units
Ensure corrective and preventive safety actions are implemented within agreed timelines across RMC operations
Monitor compliance with Company Health & Safety policies, procedures, and applicable legal requirements in daily operations
Support RMC plant managers, technical teams, drivers, and contractors in the practical application of safety procedures
Participate in plant inspections, site visits, and customer concreting activities to verify proper implementation of safety measures
Provide operational support to ensure safe execution of production, transport, and concreting activities
Support internal Health & Safety audits in RMC plants and customer sites in coordination with the Health & Safety Department
Translate audit findings into clear operational actions and monitor their implementation progress
Maintain accurate records related to inspections, safety actions, and follow-up activities through relevant reporting systems
Support the roll-out of Health & Safety trainings, toolbox talks, and awareness initiatives across RMC operations
Reinforce safe working practices and contribute to strengthening a proactive safety culture
Identify recurring safety or operational risks and escalate improvement proposals to RMC management and the Health & Safety Department
Provide operational feedback to support continuous improvement of safety practices and procedures

Qualifications

Polytechnic School graduate in Mechanical, Electrical, Production & Management, Industrial Design & Production, or Materials Science Engineers

Experience in Ready-Mix Concrete, construction, industrial operations, or similar operational environments
Good understanding of Health & Safety principles, risk assessment, and workplace safety practices
Ability to translate safety guidelines and audit findings into practical on-site actions
Strong communication and coordination skills with a hands-on operational approach
Fluency in Greek and English (written and spoken)
Good knowledge of MS Office; familiarity with operational or safety reporting systems will be considered an asset
