Description

Cleans and services buildings, offices, shop areas, furniture, fixtures & windows
Maintains cleanliness of lunchroom, microwave & kitchen 2 x day
Empties waste baskets, removes trash for daily disposal, including recycling bins, inserting liners
Vacuum carpeted areas daily, spot cleaning stains. Responsible for yearly carpet shampoo schedules
Polishes tile floors annually. Sweeps & mops floors daily. Machine buff or burnish as needed
Cleans & sanitizes bathrooms daily including supplies of paper products & soap
Maintains grounds and premises: mowing, landscaping, cleanup, raking, trimming & parking lot

Requirements

High school degree or equivalent.
Ability to stand for long periods of time.
Exposure to normal office environment, shop hazards, some chemical hazards and products.
Read and follow verbal instructions; follow established safety procedures; visual acuity.
Effectively communicate in both English and Spanish.
