Description

  • Perform refurbishing and repairs at customer’s facility or in-house.
  • May assist customers with technical support. 
  • May process quotes and orders for repair and service.     
  • May be responsible for follow-up with customers regarding quotes.  
  • Assists repair and Service Manager and Administration, as needed.  
  • Other duties as assigned.            

*The employee will be required to follow other job-related   procedures and to perform other job-related duties as indicated in the   Advanced Machine & Engineering or Hennig, Inc. Quality Manual,   Procedures, and Work Instructions.      

Requirements

Education:  Primary education or GED  

Training:  On the job training as specified on training records. M2M training may be provided.   

Skills:  Demonstrate basic measuring and mathematical skills. High levels of organizational skills needed. 

Experience:  Sheet metal capabilities are helpful. 1-3 years in manufacturing environment preferred. 

Visual Acuity: Accommodation as required for reading measuring instruments. 

Hearing Ability: Able to monitor sounds to identify and diagnose changes in order to take appropriate action in a safe manner Working Conditions: Possible hazards from moving parts, equipment, high noise levels, and skin exposure to oils and cutting fluids. May breathe fumes, dust, and mist. Ability to lift up to 30lbs. Must be able to stand, walk, push, reach overhead, and bend to the floor.
