This full time/seasonal position is located on Mackinac Island and offers competitive pay, housing, other perks. The ideal applicant will be mechanically inclined, experienced commercial painter, possess an upbeat personality, and have experience working in a multi-cultural environment. QualificationsPOSITION SUMMARY The primary role of the painter is assisting and contributing to the Facilities Department. Responsible for the painting, plastering and wallpapering of guest rooms & public areas of the Resort to ensure a safe, efficient and well maintained hotel environment. REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE: High School or equivalent education with a minimum of one year of commercial painting experience. Experience installing and repairing drywall, plaster, and wallpaper.
