You won’t be knocking doors or chasing random leads. We schedule the appointments. You run them and close the deal. Homeowners call us because they already need help — we just need someone confident enough to walk them through the solution. What You’ll Be Doing • Run pre-scheduled appointments with homeowners • Inspect crawlspaces and foundations (training provided) • Explain problems and present the right repair solutions • Close deals and help homeowners protect their biggest investment • Manage follow-ups and keep your pipeline moving You’ll work closely with our operations and install teams, so you can focus on selling. What We’re Looking For • 1+ year of sales or customer-facing experience • Comfortable talking with homeowners and building trust • Competitive and motivated by performance-based income • Coachable and willing to follow a proven process • Not afraid to get a little dirty during inspections • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation You don’t need construction experience — we’ll teach you the technical side.
