Position Overview: As an RBT, you will play a key role in supporting individuals during crisis situations, implementing behavior strategies, and fostering a safe and structured environment focused on healing and skill-building. 

Location/Schedule:

750 Hazel Street, Macon, GA Monday-Friday and Every Other Weekend -7pm7am. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement individualized behavior support plans to encourage positive behavioral change.
• Model ABA-based intervention techniques for staff.
• Track and document behavioral data to measure progress and guide treatment.

Required Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Certified as a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in behavioral health or with individuals with IDD.
