Goodwill Industries of Middle Georgia & the CSRA is seeking an experienced, strategic, and collaborative Human Resources leader to serve as our Director of Total Rewards. Reporting directly to the Vice President of People, this enterprise leadership role provides strategic oversight of Benefits Management and Total Rewards, ensuring our comprehensive benefits programs support the health, well-being, and success of nearly 1,000 employees. In addition to leading Benefits, this position oversees Performance Management, workforce analytics, employee recognition, leave administration, compensation initiatives, and related Total Rewards programs for Goodwill Industries of Middle Georgia & the CSRA and Good Vocations. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the employee experience by designing and continuously improving programs that attract, support, recognize, and retain exceptional talent while advancing our mission and 2030 Strategic Plan. What You'll Lead As the Director of Total Rewards, you will provide enterprise leadership in: Benefits Management & Total Rewards Self-Funded Health Plan Stewardship Performance Management Compensation Administration & Annual Merit Planning Employee Recognition & Experience Leave Administration Workforce Analytics & Executive Reporting Vendor & Benefits Consultant Partnerships Regulatory Compliance & Governance Continuous Process Improvement You'll collaborate closely with Finance, Payroll, operational leaders, external partners, and the Human Resources team to strengthen organizational effectiveness and enhance the employee experience across Goodwill Industries of Middle Georgia & the CSRA and Good Vocations. QualificationsPreferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Organizational Leadership, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred. Seven (7)+ years of progressive Human Resources experience in Benefits, Total Rewards, compensation, and Performance Management. Five (5)+ years leading Benefits Management. Experience supporting a self-funded health plan preferred. Experience utilizing Paycom or a comparable Human Resource Information System (HRIS). SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, CEBS, CBP, or similar professional certification preferred. Experience supporting multi-site or multi-division organizations.
