Location: Macon, GA
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; Friday half-day until 12:00 PM

Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and repairs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on maintenance experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs
• Troubleshoot and repair basic plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical issues
• Complete preventative maintenance and routine inspections
• Repair doors, fixtures, appliances, and other building components
• Respond to maintenance requests and address issues in a timely manner
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Follow all safety procedures and maintenance standards

Qualifications

• Previous maintenance or building maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic repairs
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Ability to safely use common hand and power tools

Schedule & Pay

• $20.00/hour
• Monday–Thursday: 7:00 AM–4:00 PM or 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
• Friday: Half-day, ending at 12:00 PM
