About the Role:
We are seeking dependable and hardworking Commercial Construction Laborers to support our concrete division on a large-scale distribution center project. This role is critical in assisting with clean up work including site tear down, and finishing on a fast-paced commercial jobsite.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with site take down
- Support site clean up
- Perform general labor duties such as cleaning, debris removal, and maintaining jobsite organization
- Operate basic hand and power tools safely and efficiently
- Assist skilled trades (carpenters, finishers, operators) as needed
- Follow all safety protocols and OSHA guidelines at all times
- Load/unload materials and ensure proper handling of equipment
Qualifications
- Previous construction or concrete experience preferred (but not required)
- Ability to perform physically demanding work (lifting 50+ lbs, standing, bending, working outdoors)
- Strong work ethic and reliability-must show up ready to work
- Ability to work in a team environment and follow direction
- Familiarity with construction tools and equipment is a plus
- Must have reliable transportation to and from the jobsite
- Proficient in English
