What You’ll Do
- Call homeowners interested in home-improvement services
- Schedule qualified appointments
- Meet established quality and performance goals
- Work a fixed schedule within our available business hours
What We’re Looking For
- Previous outbound call center experience; appointment-setting experience preferred
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Dependable attendance and a professional phone presence
- Georgia residency required
- Friday and Sunday availability required
Pay and Benefits
- $15.00–$17.00 per hour, based on experience
- Pay increase after 30 days
- PTO after 90 days for eligible full-time and part-time employees
- Paid online training
Technical Requirements
- Windows 11 computer with at least 8GB RAM and a 2.10 GHz processor
- High-speed wired internet connection; Wi-Fi is not permitted
- Webcam for training and meetings
