Job Description: We’re seeking an experienced pharmacist to join our team at First Choice Primary Care in Macon, GA and Warner Robins, GA on an as needed basis (PRN). The ideal candidate is someone who works well in a team environment, detail-oriented, strong communication skills, and problem-solving skills. This position offers a competitive pay rate, with potential adjustments based on experience and qualifications, as well as the opportunity for advancement, employee recognition, and team collaboration. 

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Fulfills all legal and regulatory requirements, including evaluation, selection, procurement and distribution of drugs, counseling and professional consultation
• Ensures compliance with all state and federal regulations as well as policies of the hospital and PharmD on Demand
• Interprets physician medication orders
  
• Represents the hospital and PharmD on Demand in a positive and professional manner
• Maintains customer confidentiality at all times
• Complies with all organizational policies regarding ethical business practices
• Exercises sound judgment in decision-making
• Interacts effectively with diverse individuals
• Maintains professionalism in all situations 
• Uses time effectively and efficiently

Position Requirements:

• Current pharmacist licensure in the applicable state(s)
