We are seeking Production Technicians for our First Quality Baby Products facility located in Macon, GA.
Starting pay for these entry level positions is $20/hour.
Primary responsibilities include:
- Operate high speed manufacturing equipment
- Work with a close knit team in a fast paced environment
- Observe safety rules and maintain quality standards for our product
- Serve as the first level of preventive maintenance operations
In our work environment, you will need to be able and willing to:
- Walk and stand for a 12 hour period
- Occasionally lift/carry up to 50lb
- Keep your work area swept and cleaned
- Learn a lot of new information in a short period of time
- Ask lots of questions and take initiative to learn more
- Take direction from leaders
- Work a rotating shift that includes a combination of days and nights, holidays, and weekends
The ideal candidate should possess the following:
- Be 18 years of age
- Have a High School Diploma or equivalent
- Manufacturing experience is a plus
