Job Description:

Qualifications:

BC/BE in Pediatric Anesthesiology
Eligible for California medical license
Passion for pediatrics and commitment to patient-centered care.

Practice Highlights:

100% pediatric anesthesiology with a wide variety of complex and routine cases
16,000 anesthetics per year: all surgical service lines, except burns and transplants.
Shift-based model with very flexible scheduling
Full-time consists of 184 shifts per year, inclusive of all call shifts and just 17 in-house overnight call shifts
Time off and call scheduling is transparent and equitable amongst all group members
Ample opportunity for highly lucrative extra shifts
Choose your own case assignments
Solo practice with opportunity for occasional medical direction - 1:1 with CA-2 resident and 1:2 with CRNAs
