General Summary

$60,990- $81,714
This position is not eligible for a hybrid schedule.

Under direction, utilizes considerable experience and thorough knowledge of major engineering support and administrative functions to effectively plan and provide related services and support. Employees of this specialized class respond to a variety of engineering, public relations and/or computer support duties. In all areas employees collaborate with consulting engineers, developers, regulatory agencies, department staff, and/or the public. Utilizes current Countywide and/or department specific software to complete assignments.

Employees of this classification are required to be available for operational problems, equipment emergencies, widespread storms, power outages and other operations and maintenance emergencies as deemed necessary by management after normal working hours, weekends, and holidays. Also, employees in this classification may be assigned On-Call duties as required by management.

Minimum Qualifications

EXPERIENCE, TRAINING, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES

REQUIRED MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Be a high school graduate or have a certificate of successful completion of the General Education Development (GED) test.

Have four (4) years of full-time work experience performing trending analysis for a Retention Treatment Basin

NOTE:  One (1) year of coursework from an accredited college or university may substitute for one (1) year of the above experience.

Other duties and responsibilities will be assigned by the supervisor.
