RWE Design Build is a rapidly growing design-build general contractor seeking an exceptional Project Manager to lead healthcare construction projects from pre-construction through closeout. What You'll Do

  • Manage multiple construction projects simultaneously while maintaining schedules, budgets, and quality standards.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams.

  • Lead project planning, scheduling, procurement, and execution activities.

  • Review drawings, specifications, contracts, and project documents for accuracy and completeness.

  • Identify risks early and develop practical solutions to keep projects moving forward.

  • Monitor project budgets, approve invoices, manage change orders, and track financial performance.

  • Conduct regular project meetings and communicate progress to stakeholders.

  • Coordinate subcontractors and vendors to ensure timely delivery of labor, materials, and services.

  • Maintain project documentation and ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

  • Drive projects to successful completion while exceeding client expectations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred.

  • 4+ years of project management experience in commercial construction, design-build, or general contracting.

  • Strong understanding of construction processes, project scheduling, budgeting, and contract administration.

  • Experience with Procore and Microsoft Project.

  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.

  • Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.
