Job Summary
Assemble and weld up all sign cabinets per shop drawing. Install mounting provisions and angle iron bracing per shop drawing.
Job Responsibilities
路 Weld frames of either steel or aluminum, knowing correct welder setting for material used.
路 Operate cutting torch and plasma cutter.
路 Install raceways.
路 Operate crane, forklift and iron worker as needed.
路 Weld dual shield.
路 Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Education and Experience
路 High School diploma or GED required
路 Prior welding experience is preferred
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
路 Cognitive thinking skills
路 Read tape measures and performing simple math ie: %, angles, radius, sq.ft., etc.
路 Know how to read simple wiring diagrams
路 Read and understand information in Job Packets
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position with some overtime varying.
路 First shift core hours are: 6:00 am to 2:30 pm M-F.
路 Second shift hours are: 2:30 pm to 1:00 am M- Th.
路 Weekend shift hours are: 9:00 am to 9:30 pm Fri, Sat, Sun
